About the project
The second project to come through my day job that was something I worked through from start to finish. This one being an advertising website for a company specialising in the building of luxury narrowboats. This was a project with a fairly quick turn around time but luckily was only really focused on creating a few page layouts. The big challenge here was finding a way to fit the needs of the website structure into the desired design element of “banded” content meaning no sidebars or subnav that would float to the side.
The approach here was to design a specific full width nav bar that would sit under page banners and help the flow of content throughout the website.
