Sometimes even the smallest projects allow you to work on something different and interesting. I was contacted by the Rae-Rose company who we’re looking for a simple single page website that would advertise all of their garden services while also offering a contact form. Along with this came the need for an advertising flyer that they could use, both to promote this website and the services they provide but also the need to create a new brand logo.
Logos & Flyers, while something I had a little experience with wasn’t something I had the chance to do for a paying client until this point but they were very happy with what was produced for them, rolling the logo out onto vans and other company equipment.
The company logo I created, rolled out across the companies vans and equipment.
The website itself that was created for this project followed a very streamlined modern approach with and the general layout and content of the page informed the initial design for the flyer.
On the site itself the most unique element that I was able to add was the integration of a twitter feed that checked for a specific hastag that the company would use when promoting work they had completed. This feed would then be used to generate an updating gallery of work at the bottom of the landing page giving the ability for the client to update the site in a small way without a need for any kind of CMS or website admin.
